Job Description:

Job Description:
- Compliance Management
- Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs).

- Liaise with the government (Royal Custom Malaysia) or other related agencies to ensure shipments reach their final destination for export and reach factory as per schedule for import
- Stock Management
- Manage stock control and reconcile with data storage systems.
- Monthly update on warehouse balance stock status, including out-of-stock (OOS), discontinued items, slow-moving items, etc., in collaboration with the purchaser.
- Problem Resolution
- Resolve arising problems or complaints, particularly those related to foreign workers.
- Housekeeping
- Maintain housekeeping standards in the warehouse
