Joseph Giam

Chief Executive Officer

Under Joseph Giam’s leadership, Glocomp has grown into a leading player across key market segments, delivering best-of-breed ICT infrastructure solutions with world-class customer service. He leads the company's strategic direction, driving business growth, innovation, and its long-term vision.

Over the past 29 years, Joseph has steered Glocomp’s evolution from an office automation integrator to a premier enterprise ICT products and services distributor in Malaysia, representing more than 20 global technology providers.

He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computing and Information Systems from Monash University, Caulfield, and completed the IT Business System program at Monash Business School, Clayton.

Alex Liew

Deputy Chief Executive Officer

Alex Liew, Deputy Chief Executive Officer of Glocomp Systems, leads the private sector sales team, channels, and partnerships. With over 29 years of experience, he has been pivotal in establishing and growing Glocomp’s presence across Malaysia’s private sector, securing major ICT projects across diverse industries.

Alex is currently Chairman of The National Tech Association of Malaysia (PIKOM), driving industry growth through strategic collaborations with organizations such as Cybersecurity Malaysia, NACSA, ISC2, and CSA. He also serves as Council Member and Chairman of the ICT, Automation, and Robotics Committee at the Master Builders Association of Malaysia, promoting technology adoption in the construction sector.

 

Chan Yue Mun

Chief Operating Officer

Chan Yue Mun brings over 28 years of management and financial experience in the financial services industry. Throughout his career, he has gained extensive exposure across multiple divisions, including sales and marketing, credit evaluation, debt restructuring, credit administration, and operations. His deep expertise enables him to drive strategic initiatives, strengthen operational efficiency, and support business growth within Glocomp.

He is a graduate of College Tunku Abdul Rahman and continues to leverage his financial acumen to contribute to the company’s long-term success and stability.

Chan Tze Ming

Chief Technology Officer

Chan Tze Ming leads Glocomp’s technology services team across Malaysia, focusing on expanding and managing services while developing IT infrastructure solutions tailored to clients’ unique business and vertical-market challenges. In his role, he drives the development of go-to-market service offerings and methodologies, ensuring high-quality, consistent results for increasingly complex client needs.

He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Multimedia University and applies his technical expertise to deliver innovative solutions that support Glocomp’s growth and client success.

Ng Song Tai

Financial Controller

Song Tai has more than 20 years of extensive experience spanning auditing, financial & management reporting, budgeting, treasury & credit management, internal controls framework, and risk management & compliance. Possesses a strong track record in delivering insightful financial analysis to support Glocomp’s C-suite executives decision-making and drive sustainable business growth.

Song Tai is a Member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA) and a Fellow Member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA). A highly accomplished finance professional, recognized for technical expertise, integrity and analytical rigor.
